- $150.00 per night for up to 2
- $7.50 each additional
- Weekly rates are available
- 3 Night Minimum: 1 Night deposit and $100.00 damage deposit required.
- Weekly, 7 nights: $300.00 deposit and $100.00 damage deposit required.
- Damage deposit fully refundable within 30 days after your departure if left in good condition.
Efficiency Units
- $119.00 per night for up to 2 people.
- $7.50 each additional.

Regulations:
- Pets must be registered when making your reservation. Two allowed per unit, $10.00 additional fee per night for each pet with a $100 refundable deposit.
- A deposit is required to hold all reservations. Refundable if cancellation (for all or part of your reservation) is within 48 hours prior to your arrival date. (By noon the day before your reserved date.)
- Sorry, we cannot be responsible for inclement weather, therefore upon check-in, you will be responsible for the nights you reserved.
- Check-in begins at 3:00 PM.
- Check-out is at 11:00 AM. Late check-out may be available for an additional fee. Must be approved at the office.
- Children FREE up to 5 years old.
